rsyslog Windows Agent 8.4a Released

Adiscon has released rsyslog Windows Agent 8.4a, a maintenance update for the rsyslog Windows Agent 8.4 line.

This update ships Service 8.4.0.241 and Client 8.4.0.335. It updates the included OpenSSL libraries to version 3.5.9 and includes maintenance for the Syslog Listener.

Changes

• Updated the included OpenSSL libraries to version 3.5.9.
• Syslog Listener: Bounded header parsing to prevent malformed messages from interrupting service availability.
