Each license of the rsyslog Windows Agent comes with a complimentary limited rsyslog support contract. The support contract covers email support both for the agent as well as the Linux-based rsyslog system. The latter is limited to one support call (per Windows Agent license) for those parts of rsyslog that directly interact with the Windows agent, for example the TCP or RELP input. Upgrades to full support contracts are available.
Enjoy the benefits of having a single vendor being responsible for both the Windows as well as the Linux part. Please also keep on your mind that Adiscon LogAnalyzer is a tool from the same family. So while a support contract for that tool is not directly included, customers can be sure that we make these tools work as good and closely together as possible.
