Description
-----------

When enabled, the file name that exceeded `rotation.sizeLimit` is appended as
the last argument to `rotation.sizeLimitCommand`. Any arguments specified as
part of `rotation.sizeLimitCommand` are retained and passed first.

Set to ``off`` to preserve scripts that expect no additional arguments.
