Rsyslog 1.13.3 has been released. It fixes issues in rklogd, most importantly it allows klogd to resume logging after rsyslogd has been restarted. The update also removes a license incompatibility issue for file syslog.c.
Users of 1.13.2 are strongly advised to update to the new release. For others, it is not really important.
