Rsyslog 1.13.2 has been released today. The main reason for release is addition of klogd, now making the rsyslog package a full replacement for sysklogd. There are other changes who facilitated the creation of a Red Hat RPM.

Existing users do not need to update to the new release except, of course, when they would like to have the new functionality.
