rsyslog 3.19.5 (devel) released

Rsyslog 3.19.5 has just been released. This is a feature-enhancement release. It offers improved regular expression support in the property replacer. Posix ERE expressions and submatches are now supported. Also, the result in a case where no match could be found can now be configured. There are no other changes in this release. This is a recommended update for all development branch users.
